A: You can contact any of our salespeople for an order, please tell us the details of your requirement as straightforwardly as possible. So we can send the quotation the first time. 2. Do you take part in fairs and what are the fairs to be specific?

3. Where are you located? May I go and visit your company?

4. Do you provide after-sales services? And what kind of after-sales services are they?
Whatoop provides after-sales services globally, which may be charged depending on the projects.
5. Do you look for agents? What are the treatment and application conditions for dealers?

6. What certificates do you have for the products？
Whatoop has all the certificates for switch cabinets below 35KVA conforming to IEC standards.
7. How long is the lead time usually?
It usually takes three to six months depending on the project.
