Whatoop provided a whole set of high-voltage and low-voltage power distribution and control equipment for the copper mine reconstruction of the Olympic Dam. The project features a variety of products, strong reliability of equipment, and the complicated principle of the power distribution system. In order to successfully complete the project, Whatoop got involved in it as early as possible and arranged managers of the technology department with abundant experience in site work and design to define the scheme of the entire power distribution system and control principle together with the client and the design institute, so s to make sure the engineering scheme was feasible and reliable.
During comprehensive installation, inspection, and debugging of the equipment, Whatoop sent people to the site to train the main technical personnel of the client in the product and the principle, so that each and every operation and maintenance person could understand the working principle of the whole power distribution and control system, and that the equipment could be put into operation better and safer. Whatoop earned the trust of the client. The equipment has been in good operating condition so far with no problems.
