Tehran Metro in Iran is a significant north-south main line in the urban rail network planning. Whatoop communicated with the design institute and the client on the power distribution scheme of the project and put forward some constructive comments to the employer’s scheme. During technical exchange and design liaison, Whatoop took the initiative to conduct a joint technical exchange with the client and the design institute to deeply understand the client’s technical scheme and adjusted it constantly according to the client’s requirements to satisfy site demands to the maximum.
During the production of the equipment, given the complicated site condition, the equipment and scheme were subjected to a lot of changes. Whatoop dispatched designated personnel to keep in contact with the design institute and the client, responded to variations put forwarded by the design institute, and coordinated the production department in time to revise the product, so as to make sure each technical detail of the product satisfies the site requirements.
Whatoop organized a design liaison meeting twice in the meeting to discuss and define in detail the technical aspects and drawing template requirements together with the design institute and the client.
